Water fed pole window cleaning has revolutionised window cleaning, transforming it from a man with a ladder and a dirty cloth, into a high tech, professional industry. Here at Crystal Clear services, we believe that all our customers should benefit from this growing improved technology, so both our domestic and commercial customers are cleaned by using our purified water fed pole system. The poles we use are telescopic and can reach to height of 60 ft if needed, also the poles can reach awkward windows that were the man with the ladder cannot access.
The water that comes out of our tap contains impurities mainly magnesium & calcium and if this was sprayed onto the glass of your windows then left to dry, the outcome would be white residue over your glass. This is caused by the impurities in our tap water.
To get the tap water purified we use a filter system called Reverse Osmosis to de-ionise and de-mineralise the water, this then gives us 100% purified water, which is used in the vans to clean your windows
The dirty particles are agitated using a purpose made, soft bristled brush, then the brush is lifted from the window frame and glass, to give the final operation which is to be rinsed with the pure water. Because the final rinse is purified the windows are left wet. As the pure water dries, the window results will be perfect finish without smears. You are likely to notice that the windows seem to stay clean for longer. This is because there is no sticky soap residue left on the window. How ever we do come across some problems on first cleans, usually rainfall would mix with the soap residue left in you rubber seals by the old traditional cleaner and can form little spots on the windows. But all will be good after a little while using the pure water technology, all traces of soap residue will be rinsed away. The future rain will have no soap residue to mix with and therefore the windows will appear to remain cleaner for longer.
Ladder use caused some inevitable disturbance. Example, Rattling of the metal, dents in your lawn etc. These problems are avoided with the use of water fed poles.
Added privacy is appreciated by many customers because of the use of water fed poles, there is no need to worry about the window cleaner suddenly appearing at the upper level windows anymore as the pole allows them to work from the ground.
