A: We clean residential, domestic, and commercial properties, Houses, Shops, Offices, Nursing Homes etc.
Q: How would i know when you have cleaned the windows?
A: We will post you a compliment slip through your door, this will have dates and areas of the property that as been cleaned
Q: How do i pay you if i am not present when you clean the windows?
A: For Residential customers  We will call back, but we also offer alternative payment methods, these are... Bank Transfers, Bank Standing Orders, You can send us a cheque and also you can pay through this website, see tab Pay Bill. The compliment slip which was posted through your door as all the relevant information on it. Commercial customers can also pay as above or through their Bacs payment schemes
Q: What methods do you use to clean windows?
A: We use mainly the latest method which is water fed pole system and this releases purified water to clean the windows. Sometimes the old traditional methods are used in certain locations of the property, Inside window cleaning is done the old traditional way. See the Poles & Pure Water tab for more information
Q: When cleaning the windows, do you clean the frames & sills also?
A: Yes we always clean the frames & sills, the sills on second level & above are cleaned with the sill brush attached to the pole so sometimes this can be difficult on firsts cleans to get them perfectly cleaned but over a few cleans this gets good results. Ground sills are more easier because we can do them by hand.
Q: Why are you using the pole system instead of ladders?
A: Window cleaning is inherently dangerous and there is up to 10 deaths a year, because of this, window cleaners have new regulations with regards to working at height, for the reasons the window cleaning industry is addressing the issue of safe working practices, that is why the UK leading window cleaning companies use them.
Q: Do you clean windows in the rain?
A: Yes we do even in snow, we are regular and reliable and try our utmost to keep cleaning dates that customers are given.
